Lānaʻi High & Elementary School celebrated Homecoming 2026-2027 with this year’s theme, Movie Genres, bringing a week of class competition, performances and school spirit to campus.

The Juniors took first place in Banner, Alma Mater and Float, while the Seniors won the Routine competition and claimed the overall Homecoming title.

This year also marked a change for LHES, with Homecoming moving to the fall and preparations taking place on campus for the first time. In previous years, students traditionally prepared for Homecoming at parents’ homes. Moving forward, all Homecoming preparations will take place on campus.

Homecoming concluded with the parade on Saturday, Sept. 19, followed that evening by the school’s first Homecoming dance at the LHES Cafeteria.
